200 Phase 1 Equipment of the Linear table Initials Date
200.10 Put on the working table the linear table CTV110L on the side motion axle on the right.
200.20 Insert 25 M2.5 squared nuts in the upper slide.
200.30 Insert 14 M5 squared nuts in the upper slide.
200.40 Place the nuts following the pattern of the parts LCA-12123 (623), LCA-12124 (624), LCA-12125 (625)
200.50 Fix these 3 parts with 25 M2,5x 5 Torx screw and 14 M5x8 CHc screws + Z5 washers.
200.60 Glue the LMKA scale in the groove of the supports thus mounted. The reference point must be on the bottom.
200.70 On the opposite side mount the limit switch bracket LCA-12121 (621) with 2 M5x8 CHc and 2 squared nuts + Z5 washers. In the lower slide side Y-
200.80 Mount the limit switch with 2 M3x16 CHc + Z3 washers. The connector must be oriented along Y-.
200.90 Don’t thigh to strongly. The location should be adjusted later.
200.100 Mount the limit switch bracket LCA-12121 (621) with 2 M5x8 CHc and 2 squared nuts + Z5 washers in the lower slide side Y+
200.110 Mount the limit switch with 2 M3x16 CHc + Z3 washers. The connector must be oriented along Y+

200.130 Mount the double pulley LCA-12623 (223) on the motion axle of the linear table.
200.140 Fix it with a HM2x10 headless screw
200.150 Mount the 2 half-rings between the two notched part of the pinion
200.160 Fix them with 2 M2x6 CHc
200.170 Put 2 Ø5 dowel pins in 2 Ø5 holes of the table truck.
300 Phase 2 Main stirrup Assembling Initials Date
300.10 Mount under the main stirrup LCA-12127 (627) on X- side the IS activation part LCA-12126 (626) with 2 CHc M4x12
300.20 Mount the main stirrup on the table truck with 8 CHc M5x14.
300.30 Mount the LMKA 11100 absolute encoder on X+ side with 2 HM4x40 + 2 HM4 nuts + 4 Z4 washers. Nuts must be placed on the lower face.

Mount the bracket for the carrier adjustment LCA-12167 (650) on the X+ side of the main stirrup with 2 CHc M6x30

Put a spring C_216_270_0250_I into each Ø23 hole of the main stirrup.

Pass the 2 pivot shafts LCA-12129 (629) through the springs and the oblong rings. Thigh them to the maximum.

Pass the 2 shafts LCA-12128 (629) through the springs. Thigh them to the maximum.

400.10 Put the linear table CTV110 into the container. The double pulley on Y+ side.
400.20 Fix the table with 10 fixtures and 20 M6x14 CHc.
400.30 Check that the table is centered between the inner sides of the container.
400.40 Check the perpendicularity between the table and the Y- face of the container.
400.50 Mount the equipped main stirrup on the table truck.
400.60 Fix it with 8 M5x14 CHc
400.70 Check before clamping the perpendicularity between the Y- side of the stirrup and the side of the table.
400.80 Adjust the location of the absolute encoder by inserting a spacer of 150 microns between the encoder and the scale on the table.
400.90 Clamp the fixing screws of the encoder.

500.20 Screw in the shaft LCA-12132 (632) on the plate LCA-12133 (633)
Mount the motor bracket LCA-12131 (631) on the bottom of the container with 4 vis CHc M6x16 + Z6 washers.
Don’t clamp the screws completely. The tension of the belt will be done later.
Mount the plate (633) and the shaft (632) on the motor bracket (631) with 2 CHc M4x12 + Z4 washers.
Mount the lower part of the rear motor bracket LCA-12155 (655) with 2 CHc M4x8 + Z4 washers
Don’t clamp the screws completely. The tension of the belt will be done later.
Mount the Maxon motor EC40 on the bracket (631) and fix it on the front with 4 M3x CHc.
Mount the pulley LCA-12130 (630) (bore Ø12) on the exit shaft of the motor.
Fix it with an HM2x10 headless screw.
Check the presence of the key
Slide the belt adjustment bracket LCA-12134 (634) on the shaft (631) and fix it on the bottom of the container with 2 HM6x14.
Put a M6 washer, a HM6 nut and a HmM6 backnut on the shaft LCA-12132 (632)
Put the Binder breco belt T5 between the motor pulley and the double pulley of the linear table.
Tighten the belt by screwing in the HM6 nut on the shaft (632). Tension frequency 177 ±3Hz. Use the tension frequency meter to measure the belt tension.
Clamp the screws of the front motor bracket (631) and of the lower part of the rear motor bracket (655)
Mount the upper part of the rear motor bracket LCA-12145 (645) with 1 CHc M3x20 + a Z3 washer
Mount the connectors bracket with 2 CHc M4x8 + Z4 washers.
Use the cover LCA-12147 (647) for the alignment. Fixing holes of the cover must be aligned.
Clamp the bracket screws.
Lemo connectors and sub-D connectors will be mounted during the cabling operation.
Mount the photo-sensor xuyfane 40015 on its braket LCA-12159 (239) with 2 CHc M4x16 + Z4 washers + HM4 nuts.
Don’t tight the screws completely for keeping the adjustment possible.
Mount the bracket and the sensor on t motor bracket (631) with 2 CHc M4x8 + Z4 washers.
Adjust the location of the sensor xuyfane 40015 for it detects the belt presence.
Clamp the bracket fixing screws.
Screw in to contact the sensor fixing screws.
400 Phase 5 Installation of the back-up brake Initials Date

Mount a snapring Ø10 on the shaft LCA-12165 (237)

Mount a bearing SKF 6000 on the shaft 237. Use a specific tube leaning only on the inner ring of the bearing.
Insert the spacer LCA-12152 (234)

Mount the second bearing SKF 6000

Mount the second snapring on the shaft (237)
Insert this sub-assembly in the Bearing box LCA-12151 (233)

Fix the plate LCA-12153 (235) with 3 M3x6 FHc on the Bearing box (233)

Mount the keyshaft (3x3x20) on the shaft
Insert the Binder loss of power brake (reference) and fix it with 6 M3x30 CHc.
Screw in the M4x10 and its washer at the end of the shaft.

Mount the KTR Rotex Coupling

Fix the sensor bracket LCA-12172 (230) on the side of the previous assembly with 2 M4x12 CHc + 2 Z4 washers.
Fix the sensor xuyfane 40115 on the bracket with 2 M4x16 CHc + 2 Z4 washers.
Mount the bracket for bending the belt LCA-12166 (229) and the shaft LCA-12132 (632)
Put a M6 washer, a HM6 nut and a HmM6 backnut on the shaft LCA-12132 (632)
Put the Binder breco belt T5 between the brake pulley and the double pulley of the linear table.

Tighten the belt by screwing in the HM6 nut on the shaft (632). Tension frequency 177 ±3Hz. Use the tension frequency meter to measure the belt tension.
