Homing Procedure#

The homing procedure defines for every subpart that can be applied when it is stuck or in unknown position.

Homing procedure for Autochanger#

Homing procedure for Linear Rails#

If autochanger trucks are not stopped at a well known position like : ONLINE, HANDOFF or STANDBY, the position is UNKOWN and the command setFilter can't be launched.

When Autochanger trucks are in UNKNOWN position, the operator has to move the Linear Rails Trucks to HANDOFF position.

Homing procedure for Online Clamps#

Command setFilter can be launched only if ONLINE clamps are LOCKED or OPENED.

Info

When one the Online Clamps is in state UNKWOWN or CLOSED, the operator has to do the homing of the clamps. The homing of the ONLINE clamps open the clamps.

Homing procedure for Latches#

If there is no filter on Autochanger Trucks, the latches can't be actionned.

If there is a filter on Autochanger Trucks, the latches have to be CLOSED or the Carousel or the Loader must held the filter.

Danger

If a filter is on the Autochanger Trucks and not hold by Loader or Carousel, an ALARM is raised. The operator has to close the latches.

Homing procedure for Loader#

Homing procedure for Loader Carrier#

When Loader Carrier is not stopped at a well known position like STORAGE, ENGAGED or HANDOFF, the commands loadFilter and unloadFilter can't be launched.

When the loader Carrier is at a position UNKWON, the operator has to move the carrier to the HANDOFF position.

Homing procedure for Loader Clamp#

To be able to run commands loadFilter or unloadFilter, Loader Clamp must be CLAMPED if a filter is on the loader or OPEN if there is no filter.

If a filter is on the Loader Carrier and if Loader Clamp is in state UNKNOWN or CLOSED, the operator has to close, then clamp the Loader Clamp.

If there is no filter on Loader Carrier and Loader Clamp is in state UNKWONN, the operator must open the Loader Clamp.
